Objectives:
 
· development of RT-qPCR platform for the transcription analysis of human skin-related genes;
· assessment of the effect of microalgae cosmeceuticals on the transcription of skin-related genes using cell lines & in vitro skin model; and
· in vitro toxicity assessment as well as oxidative stress status analysis of microalgae cosmeceuticals.
