WP leader: AUA
Objectives:
We are planning to use state-of-the-art catalomic and metabolomic technologies in order to screen microalgae species for high-added-value enzymes and small molecule metabolites, under different growth regimes, including various biotic and abiotic stresses. This analysis will allow us to gain an unprecedented level of insight into the molecular and biochemical properties and biotechnological potential of algae species.
Deliverables:
D1.1. Optimization of microalgae growth under various culture conditions.
D1.2. Metabolomic profile of microalgae under different culture regimes.
D1.3. Catabolomic profile of microalgae under different culture regimes.
